He runs Maine Street Marketing and has been involved in over 40 campaigns for Australian Government, commercial and not for profit groups.
Maine Street Marketing has produced nearly 10 000 items of media coverage for clients and was a pioneer in social media in the National Capital.
Bob regularly shares thoughts on communications through this blog and as a guest speaker and workshop facilitator at communications gatherings. Since 2009 he has presented on ‘strategic communications in government’ at the National Security College.
He is a past President of the Canberra Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), a Gold Quill winner and a Blue Ribbon judge for the IABC’s international awards program.
Bob also belongs to the Public Relations Society of America and holds a Masters in Marketing Communications. Since 2003 Maine Street Marketing has partnered with Volunteering ACT and Lions Australia to provide pro bono PR to over 200 Canberra not for profits.
